Jerry litigates the most significant, complex insurance issues in the country. He also is frequently selected as an arbitrator in complex insurance disputes. His practice covers a wide range of insurance issues, from first-party property insurance claims to third-party liability insurance claims. Jerry also serves as an expert witness in insurance litigation matters.
Jerold Oshinsky has more than 35 years of experience litigating insurance cases in federal and state courts throughout the country. Chambers USA consistently has designated him as the only lawyer to be accorded “Star” ranking in its national insurance category. As a result of his path-breaking accomplishments as one of the country’s leading insurance litigators, Jerry was previously the sole honoree of the prestigious Chambers “Lifetime Achievement Award.”

In addition to his insurance practice, Jerry represents clients as lead counsel in pro bono matters, including pro bono immigration appeals. He has served as an arbitrator on many international arbitration panels, and has been retained as an expert witness in a number of insurance cases.
